No New’s Resolution, instead I will…..
Explore a word-of-the year (see video link below). The word I have chosen to explore is “EXPAND/EXPANDISON”. I will do it with intenionality, awareness and clarity (the video will explain each of these words). It will be interesting to see how it plays out in all areas of my life (relationship, career/work, well-being, religion/spiritulaity,..etc).
